Welcome to Pizzeria da Café. Please read these terms carefully before placing orders, visiting our venue, or using our digital services.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (pizzeriada.cafe), using our digital QR menu ordering system, registering for our customer loyalty wallet, or dining at our establishment in Bhopal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2 Ordering, Pricing & Payment Processing
- Currency & Pricing: All food and beverage transactions on our platform are billed exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹). Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and packaging charges are itemized prior to final checkout.
- Payment Gateway Integration: Online card payments, UPI transfers, and netbanking transactions are processed through Kotak Mahindra Bank Payment Gateway. By initiating a payment, you authorize Kotak Mahindra Bank and Pizzeria da Café to charge the designated payment instrument for the total order amount.
- Cardholder Responsibility: As a cardholder, you must be authorized to use the payment card/account. We reserve the right to decline orders in case of unauthorized card usage or fraud detection alerts by Kotak Bank risk engines.
- Order Confirmation & Fulfillment: Dine-in table orders, takeaway, or direct delivery requests become binding upon digital payment authorization or kitchen acceptance.
3 Loyalty Program & Rewards Rules
- Points are earned on eligible net bill amounts (excluding taxes and delivery fees where applicable).
- Loyalty points are registered against your verified mobile phone number and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for physical cash.
- Points expire after 365 days of continuous account inactivity unless specified otherwise in tier promotions.
- Pizzeria da Café reserves the right to modify reward rates, tier benefits, or membership terms with reasonable notice to active members.

To maintain a productive, peaceful environment for remote professionals and diners in our Mindful Cowork lounge:

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for customer work and dining; misuse or downloading illegal content is strictly prohibited.
5 Dietary Information & Allergen Disclaimer
Our kitchen handles dairy (fresh mozzarella, burrata, parmesan), gluten (wheat flour), nuts, garlic, and fresh herbs. While we take meticulous care to prevent cross-contamination during preparation:
Guests with severe food allergies (e.g. severe nut or gluten allergy) MUST explicitly inform our service team or mention it in the order notes prior to food preparation. Pizzeria da Café cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free environments due to open wood-fired kitchen operations.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services or venue shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
